The Bus To Thurso.
Over the past five days, it has been a scorcher in Caithness, right at the far northern end of the map Monday-Friday from 13th-17th June.
23-24 degrees C one afternoon last week, the breeze making it feel more comfortable than the previous day.
In the distance, a slight mist hung over Hoy while the rooftops looked tiny and suddenly expanded as we approached closer; Hoy is one of the islands that form the Orkney Islands.
A chill bag with a zip, so all the food doesn't go off while waiting for a Bus, is one of the most important things you must own during the hot summer months. The best experience is not feeling chilly at all. Costing nearly £20 feeling I had been robbed crossed my mind before being run over by logic.Thursday, June 8, 2023

The North Of Scotland
Thurso, on Wednesday, with rain in the air and not feeling too warm, in the breeze with the feel of a ghost town.
I wondered where everyone was and why most shops were closed quieter than on a Friday afternoon in the far north mainland of Scotland.
The recent temperatures here dropped to 5 degrees C a few days ago.
The temperature at 8 degrees C at 02:04 AM on June 1 2023.
Gardens are not healthy in the grey cloudy, chilly late May weather.
The high street has many empty shops and shops that couldn't be bothered to be open due to costs.
The transport network up here isn't interconnected; the waiting time spans several hours.
My positive experience with the Highland NHS. I was provided with two scans and blood tests over three days.
The Hospital in Wick, which is located 30 miles away from my home situated, in a lively area surrounded by housing and retail, with the river Wick flowing through it. Wick and Thurso with closed, closing, or empty shops. Despite this, both locations have a rich heritage and history.
Recently a building had a partial collapse at 4 AM in the morning when some of it fell from under the roof at the front. This structure was built at a time before foundations were used during construction.
Several churches from different Christian groups seem to be closed, sold off, in ruins or with nobody to lead religious services.
Right now, Friday, June 2, 4 degrees C in my area, nine miles outside Thurso 01:17.

When The Boat Comes Back.
The Anglo-French Summit reaches no heights as two of the shortest politicians think of only one song. "When The Boats Come In" Here's a little Rishi for your little dishy when Macron (Petit Napoleon) sends the boats back to us.
This really isn't any clear answer for boats entering UK waters. Macron said this is an agreement with the EU, not France.
I trust Macron a lot more than our PM. To be a great Great Britain, we should be more like President Macron, not the mess known as our PM and this drowning Government.
The PM found a barrel-bent himself over it, then lowered his trousers. They have us over a barrel.
